We ship with DHL to all locations they cover. Orders are shipped after bank approval, and you'll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. High-value orders may require a signature. Shipping times and rates:

• Asia: 5-7 days (£20)

• Europe, North America, Middle East: 4-6 days (£15)

• Oceania: 6-8 days (£25)

Orders outside the UK are fulfilled by Global-e. Duties and taxes are included in the price for EU, Ireland, UAE, Singapore, KSA, Qatar, Hong Kong, Canada, and the USA. For other countries, they are calculated at checkout. L'alingi is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid duties.

Returns & Exchanges:
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving them. UK returns are free; US returns have a £10 fee. Customers outside the UK cover return costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees. Earrings and sample sale items are non-returnable.

Our bags are carefully handcrafted in the Italy and Lebanon, with high-quality materials. Some of our styles integrate natural components, such as flowers and bamboos, and that is why each bag may look slightly different to the other.

We advise you to handle them with proper care as well as keeping them in their original packaging, with the dust bag or foam insert, especially when travelling. Please make sure that your pieces are stored in a dry and cool place and not exposed to too much sunlight.

For cleaning, only use a dry cloth. Avoid any liquids and chemical substances, as it might damage the fabrics.
